30 Oct 09 - As of the end of the day on October 29th, the total
snowfall recorded at the National Weather Service office in Cheyenne,
Wyoming for the month of October reached 28.0 inches. This sets a new
record for the most snowfall ever recorded in Cheyenne for the month of
October. The previous record was 23.1 inches in October of 1906.
