¡Disastrous snow and cold in Mexico!

Hi Robert!
This is an article (below) from our local paper in Saltillo about the cold weather and snow in Chiuhuahua.
The headline roughly translated says "Mexico is Ready for the Cold"
If you scroll down to the heading "Alerta Amarilla en Chihuahua" ("Yellow Alert in Chihuahua") it says that "the Civil Defense Agency stated that in 10 municipalities it will continue snowing and that in 20 more, mainly those located in the mountains, the temperatures were below zero degrees celsius."
It
further states that "at least 20 municipalities are registering
temperatures below zero degrees and that the town of El Vergel,
in the municipality of Balleza, is eight below zero."
(Bold is emphasis I added.) You are probably aware that most houses in Mexico have no central heating so this is disastrous for many people.
