9 Nov 09 - Hurricane Ida is forecast in official bulletins to hit US
land near Pensacola around 7am CST Tues 10th Nov.
Piers Corbyn at WeatherAction forecasts that Ida will probably POWER
UP somewhat more than official forecasts in the next 36hrs and turn
slightly to the RIGHT hitting US mainland more to the EAST eg around
Panama City / towards Tallahassee or even between Apalachee Bay and
Cedar Key. It may arrive slightly earlier than official forecasts
and as it makes landfall on Tuesday it will probably maintain power
longer than standard forecasts expect - Forecast 75% confidence.
